A mysterious soundscape to explore the wonders and curiosities of the world. Slightly techy and scientific in feel, with a subtle organic background seeping through, it's a constant evolution of sounds, generating an unstoppable, constant momentum. Tuned percussion - marimba and vibraphone, mellow piano, pizzicato strings and rhythmic percussion blend for a mellow yet animated ambience of the natural, and technological, world.

Acoustic guitar lead adds country vibes, variety is created by the instrumentation while offbeat accordion and a bouncy groove keep the piece moving. A gentle, pulsating string and harp intro featuring solo viola, cello and oboe flourishes into life with string shorts, harp glissandi and orchestral runs before dying down again for the ending. Good use of the vibraphone creates a dreamlike quality to help set an intense, melancholic and nostalgic mood, tinged with a sense of reflection and regret.

Magical and mysterious in its gently flowing piano lines and shimmering high strings, it builds on the theme with faster string ostinato and legato melodies, gradually turning into a deeper, more epic interpretation with added brass, woodwind and percussion. Without limiting yourself to the fantasy genre as it works for many other situations, think more 'fairies and elves showing their powers' than 'horsemen of the apocalypse'.

A soft beat provides a purposeful accompaniment to the atmospheric textures created by pads, strums and sprinkles of chiming keyboard patterns, but its the bouncing arpeggios that generate the movement throughout in this calmly inspirational ambient track.
